Windows 9: Everything You Should Know About It

Just the way time flies, Windows 8 have been around the
block for almost two years now, Even thought Microsoft have
then been trying to modify the OS with more features on the
windows 8.1, yet , many users still are not satisfied.
Well, the good thing is, Microsoft seems to be paying attention
silently to these complains then have decided to work on
them with a new Windows 9 operating system.
So lets see what Microsoft might be bringing with the Windows

What is Windows 9 called?
According to leak and rumours, the Windows 9 is known as
“ Project Threshold.” But one thing we are sure of is that after
the President of Microsoft accidentally confirm the Windows 9
is coming out, Microsoft PR then steps in and said that even
though the leak is out already, but still it wont be
called “Windows 9.” But who cares? We are gonna call it
Windows 9 anyhow.
What is Windows 9 like?
Well, the Windows 9 OS should be an update to the windows
8 OS and will also bring back the old start menu which was
missing on windows 8. And also further cleave the touch and
desktop sides in twain or at least to give that appearance.

The way Microsoft is going to patch up the windows 8
appearance with the old look doesn’t exactly mean the Metro-
swathed Start Screen will be totally removed. Instead the start
menu will be added with some live tiles just like we have in
windows 8 when you click on the windows button and
the Start Menu will be optionally expandable into a full-screen
view. Well this might look like a big deal to most users as the
start screen on Windows 8 is what people have been
clamoring on ever since.
But in the real sense of it, Microsoft is not ready to let that go
off it yet. They only tried morphing the Start Screen into a
different shape
Mobile
This mobile version of Windows 9 will have only Marketplace
apps just like Windows Phone we have today but since
the Universal Windows Apps is coming soon then the ability
for desktop users to run these apps in windows will be
possible.
How Much Will Windows 9 be?
The windows 9 operating system is expected to be cheap, or
even free if you are currently running windows 8 on your PC,
According to a leak, upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 9 could
be from $20 or even free. Also Microsoft will be
offering incentive to get people off the old Windows XP. But
users who are running windows 7 will have to pay the real bill
since this is one of the ways Microsoft makes money yet
Unlike Google and Apple who make money on ads and
hardware (respectively).
When Will Windows 9 Arrive?
There have been rumors here and there, But so far it all
seems like its going to be sometime in 2015, But when it will
be officially announced is not yet known.
But we expect to see Windows 9 in a preview build (otherwise
known as Windows Technical preview) to appear today,
September 30. So this is a way to know when the real version
will hit the stage.
